As a contribute to women in audio it made me curious as to how many women are really into Audio engineering. I found it a little upsetting  that there was so little on this topic but i did find WAM (Womens Audio Mission). It was Ironic to me that i find a womens audio group that ryhmes with my acronym.

Never the less i was impressed to how they take there audio serious. Im not sure if i can join the membership but since im a guy i don’t think i can join. They are also non-profit which i would love to do if i was smart enough to do because new orleans needs a place to teach them the right ways to record. I posted a link to there about page for you to see what women are doing for audio and i think its a big step forward.

Audio Moms. How all you doing out there? That what just something that I wanted to put out ____ curios to know about women in audio. Are you all engineers? You know, do you all have kids? And how do they feel about your job? Are you gone all the time? Are you always in late session? You know, just a little question?. You know. Did you give up a lot of it before you know did you give up a lot of your motherhood to do engineering or vice versa or did you give up engineering to do your motherhood just like any men you know that has children he goes out he works hard and you know and then he takes time with his kids but it’s a little different with Moms I guess you know the kids want more nourishing so it’s more difficult for you mothers or is it just the same you know you gotta make time just like listen

Im glad that now every artist now has the opportunity to let the world hear there music but people still fail to realize that new artist cannot afford what NiN can do.

This Studio Is flawless who can afford some shit like this. Trent Your not helping me with giving your music away because you was on a big label and now you have a fan base keeping you alive. I can respect the hustle but im a struggling engineer looking for work in a dieing market. Since digital systems was introduced it seems that music has no value and talent has to be proven by the amount of people follow what you do.

The fact that people will download and buy a physical copy of NiN proves that you not only have to be hot but you have to be ground breaking to survive in the music industry. Death To Music Business Rise To The Artist Business.
